Suett is a highly creative individual who excels in communication through visual media and technology.

She holds a BS degree in Environmental/Interior Design from Syracuse University. As a young designer working in both the corporate and residential sectors, she developed a strong sense of responsibility for creating personalized, sustainable, and enriching design solutions. Later, she branched out on her own, founding a small interior design business. For 13 years, she operated a client-centered, community-focused practice, designing homes that are both beautiful and functional, achieving high client satisfaction, and earning award recognition from the interior design industry. She worked effectively with large teams, including architects, developers, contractors, material suppliers, and product vendors, while maintaining a sharp focus on emerging home technologies that could enhance the client experience. A lot of her experience and skills were later transferred to her second career as an instructional designer.

When the time came to homeschool her daughter, Suett found herself at the consumer end of Learning Design and Technology. Over the next four years, she worked diligently to curate a personalized education for middle school homeschoolers by seeking out programs and educators who excelled in delivering learning both in person and through digital media. This transformative experience led her to fully transition from interior design to the education design industry, where she is now working on learning design and delivery through proven instructional models, innovative strategies, and emerging technology.

Suett is currently pursuing an MS in Education from Purdue University's Graduate School of Education, with a focus on Learning Design and Technology (LDT). She aspires to contribute to the art, history, and cultural education landscape by helping institutions and organizations create learning content that is engaging, enriching, and empowering to all learners.
